So, first things first!!!! I heard the heartbeat!! 152 bpm! She starts telling me that it usually takes a while to find the heart beat, then she immediately finds it like the second she gets the doppler on there lol it was awesome. SIL & payne heard it too i couldnt believe how easy it was to find after they had such a hard time (and no luck) finding it in the past (i'm giving my baby a treat right now for being so good - ice cream hehe). In other pregnancy related news, i have an ovarian cyst which i've definitely been feeling, so hopefully that means its on the way to clearing up. Also they are a bit concerned with my weight gain, or lack thereof (i havent gained anything), so I am going to get tested for parasites tomorrow. Really hoping I don't have a parasite! how gross would that be!!? Despite my lack of weight gain she says my uterus looks amazing and its growing just as it should - yay! In 4 weeks and 1 day i find out whether it's a boy or a girl!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

yay! Don't worry too much about the weight, a lot of girls don't gain wait till later on. After 20 weeks it really starts packing on!

Glad you got to hear the heartbeat! Parasites?!?! What a random thing to test for LoL. I didn't gain anything till I was 22 weeks along and I've gained 9lbs so far, possibly more come my next appointment on the 3rd... at least I hope it's more LoL. I hope you don't have any, that would be bad, obviously. Can't wait to know what you're having

Cheers to hearing the heartbeat. I know tons of ladies who did not gain weight until later on so try not to worry too much about that. I'm really hoping that you don't have a parasite. That would not be cool.

i've been having bad gastro issues since the start so that combined with no weight gain is why they are testing for parasites... i am sure i'll be packing on the weight in no time and i'm not overly worried, just a tad.

I hope they clear up what ever is wrong with your gastros. YAH for hearing the heartbeat right away and not much longer until you find out what you are having!!!

I had a parasite---it feed off me a ton! hehehe Mine we named london (anyone see that house episode?! LMAO!)
I hope you don't have any icky stuff going on. But I'm sure you probably are just a late weight gainer... nothing wrong with that

Yay for a fab appointment ... don't worry about the weight .. I gained a stone the whole pregnancy !!! I popped fairly soon, then slowed down a bit til 35 ish weeks and then popped again!
