Only 1 thing thats too tough, there's nothing right about this place other then we have a place to shower, sleep, and cook.
Its only around 800sqft and 2bd really small, the mold in the bathroom is now causing the floor to go soft, and no fenced yard to name a few things I would change.

With the house I own, I wish I could sell it! Ugh, I absolutely love and miss that house but I can't live in it due to Lee's military career and I H.A.T.E. being a landlord.
The house we rent, it's beautiful and I love it but I would swap out the Corian countertops for granite. And maybe make the master bedroom a smidge bigger.

Everything lol! I hate this house. The walls look like they have been painted 200 times and the wood floors are lumpy and covered it stains and just blah. Its just really old it was built in 1930. Whatever its only for 2 years right lol!

I wish we had wood floors throughout. The carpets were totally trashed when we moved in and that our yard was much bigger.

Just that it was finished. It was built two weeks ago, but we still have all the interior stuff to do on our own. DH is just working on the insulation and walls right now. It feels like it will never be done!

Our #1 thing is a basement. Our next house will have to have a basement. #2 is a one story house. I hate having a two story. #3 would be a bigger fenced in yard.

The location. We don't live in a super unsafe neighborhood but it could be alot more kid friendly. Plus it's not in good school districts

LOL! I think if i had to change ONE thing you all know what it would be! Well I guess that's actually changing 1 thing and 3 little 4lb furry barking things.....
in terms of the actual apt itself....i would just want it to be bigger and not on ground level (too noisy & dark)

Well we just did a major remodel within the past year converting garage to living room, living room to dining room, dining room to 3rd bedroom, complete kitchen remodel adding a ton more counters and cabinets and better utilizing the space... and knocked a bunch of walls to make the kitchen dining and living all open to eachother.
The wish list for when the funds are built back up:
1. remodel bathroom
2. add master bath onto our bedroom
3. new deck outback
4. finish off the rest of our basement
We have a 1 story with a partially finished basement... love our location and yard.

I have quite a few minor changes but the 1 thing that would make a huge difference would be more land space. I wouldn't mind living on a lot with a HUGE, well landscaped yard.

I just need more space! More closets, rooms, a garage or basement or attic or some dang place to put all this stuff.

My house is brand new.. Not even a year old and there's one thing I wish I could change.. That is our driveway.. I wish we could have told the builders to make it flat.. Right now it's on a slight incline..
So.. If anyone of you decide to build, make sure you specify a flat drive way.

Someone to landscape our "wild wood" thats all around us.
A bathroom in the basement.
A shower in the downstairs bathroom.
A heating system that keeps the house a consistance temperature.
The house to not be so echoey. (you can hear the basement tv 2 floor up)
I would love a "family room" to magically appear out of nowhere. Somewhere where the kids can play.
