to kids clothing boutiques and what not......I LOVE some of these clothes...like tea collection, appaman, catmini, mini boden I probably didn't spell this right gah...why do they all have to be so dang expensive. Even the deal sites are up there at 60% off.
Anyone else like these kinds of clothes? Or have some other kind of addiction regarding children's items that they know they shouldn't
I've already told you all about my baby shoe fetish...

Haha, I'm right with ya! I just bought some miniboden stuff! Nordstrom's carries some on their line now too. They don't have a time limit for returns. That is nice if you buy up a couple a sizes for the next season and it ends up not fitting. I also like the Tea clothes and Kicky pants. They have sales on hautelook.com from time to time. But yes, it can get very pricey!!

I'm addicted to children clothing sites too but I'm not very familiar with these brands so I'll have to check them out.

gap gap gap gap....LOL, thats all I have to say. Breanna's seen Cambria's closet, she can attest! I am SO addicted to buying at that store most of all. Plus we have an outlet not far from me so I buy a lot there too. Although I do love Tea Collection too but It's so expensive.

Shannon: gymbucks! Anyone on facebook should be able to vouch for my use of gymbucks lol. spend 50 get a free 25 (or 100 and get 50) oh yeah LOL
amy: I used to LOVE gap! And I bought B a pair of jeans from baby gap last year for roughly 20 bucks (17 or 18ish before tax, I can't remember exactly) and with in about 2m he wore through the knees of them! they were oh so soft and looked great but they did not stand up to a 3-4yr old "train engineer" LOL but he did look oh so cute sporting those jeans, his gap t and his gap ball cap LOL
Anyone shop Crazy 8's? They are a daughter company of Gymboree and much less expensive. I have gotten a few things there, but for whatever reason I don't really shop there a lot. And they are just across the hall at the mall from Gymboree. I think it's the gymbucks vs. crazy cash. I n ever get crazy cash since I never get there in time for it.

Gymbucks has appeal for sure, but I only like certain lines and they usually only have 2 lines in the store at a time and not always something that I want. I go to a local mom to mom sale and pick up shirts for $2-3 each. And I only get the lines that I like.
I haven't been to Crazy 8 as there isn't one super close, but I want to check it out!

Have you tried online? I generally get lots of clearance things to get my gymbucks, then use them on the non clearance if I can't find more clearanced things I like LOL
I wish we had mom 2 mom sales. There's a couple but you ahve to register for them and they are only 1x a year and there are only certains for certain people and sizes and on and on and on and it's too much. I used to do a LOT of yardsales here as I could get loads of really super nice clothes for him----as a baby he was super stylin when we couldn't afford walmart stuff hardly BUT now that he's in sizes 5 and 6 it's impossible to find anything nice now. Before I could get it all like new and get a whole outfit from gymboree or gap or carters, etc for 4-8 bucks---shirt, pants, socks and shoes all to match. NOT now! I missed every sale this year and the ones I did hit I didn't see anything for him. I was so upset LOL And THAT is when my gymbuck addiction started. He needed clothes, and he wears thru walmart and kmart clothes WAY too fast, not a huge fan of target so....

Ohhhh, I love Gap too. We buy lots of stuff there. Gymboree isn't my favorite. I find their stuff harder to mix and match. It is very specific to their collections they have out at the time (shirt with a horse on it, pants with the same horse on them, matching hat, etc) For me, Gap has more pieces I can pair with things she already has or can be paired with different shirts and pants too.

I'm addicted to Once Upon a Child! I love second-hand stores. I got Ash's swing there as well as most of her clothes.
My expensive addiction is our cloth diapers and woolies. I'm killing my own budget there!

I like Gymboree okay - and GAP....but I don't go to the mall often. My mom usually picks up stuff for the kids at the malls/outlets....see has an awesome outlet mall near her (and they have Carters but sometimes their stuff is low quality I've found). I've heard of Crazy 8 and preused it online but I'm not thrilled with it.
Okay - add Hanna Anderson to my list of obsession - just got the catalog last night ekkkk!!! I love Zulily too - they ha ve pretty good deals.
I'm super obessed right now b/c Nora's 18 months photo shoot is going to be downtown and I want her in some funky/punky stuff - and then we're doing a family photo at that time as well and I'm thinking trendy/preppy to go with the whole downtown look....so I'm like on a mission for the perfect coordinating outfits...DH is worried about me

Good call on OUAC Sara - I just got Harrison 5 very nice name brand sweaters (like Hartstrings/GAP etc.) for $30 bucks! Look like they've never been worn once!

I love Gap jeans for boys! I love their adjustable waist bands line... Old Navy does them too. Thankfully my boys are usually pretty good on their clothing so they last a while for us
I love Gap, and Old Navy. I don't mind buying play shirts (just plain colors) from Walmart though! Super cheap.

Yup, that makes sense, I think once he gets out of 2T it is going to be a LOT harder to buy used, so I will have to start buying stuff new!

I used to love gymboree but over the past few years, not so much, especially for boys. We did get some cute things for Lila on major sale at the outlet so that was a good deal.
I love Hanna Andersson, Chasing Fireflies (if only I could afford them!), Janie and Jack.
I do get most of their stuff at Carter's though. For me they have a good selection, lots of mix and match, and they're inexpensive. We also do Old Navy for the boys, not a fan of the girls stuff.
I also like Pumpkin Patch
