Andy's going to come home from work and make breakfast sandwiches We're using whole wheat english muffins with bacon, egg, and cheese. I'll have some coffee too. The girls will have mac n cheese with veggies, grapes, and some kind of dessert. Breakfast for dinner has sounded SOO good to me recently LoL

Baked chicken, mashed potatos with gravy, and mixed veggies

The boys will probably have peanut butter and jelly or grilled cheese and veggie straws

I think hubby is going to make dinner...but here is a good quick recipe I like to make.

spray a 9x9 baking dish with pam spray
put thawed chic breast on the bottom
put a slice of swiss cheese on each breast
mix a little milk into a can of cream of chicken soap
pour over the chicken/cheese
sprinkle liberally some dry stuffing mix
pour a couple tablespoons of melted butter on top
Bake I think 375 for 1 hour (not totally sure of the temp of the oven) but just check to make sure chic is cooked thru

serve with some veggies or a tossed salad - its yummy and easy!

We are having leftovers either chicken alfredo or meatloaf!

I use Classico creamy alfredo sauce, season is up a little, cook some chicken breast and cut them up and add them in.. Let it simmer then serve over pasta!

For the meatloaf, I mix 1lb ground beef with onion soup mix, creole seasoing, garlic powder, & Worcestershire sauce.. mix good and mold into a loaf! Put into loaf pan.. Mix 1 can hunts meatloaf sauce (I add brown sugar, vinegar & mustard to the sauce to give it more flavor, but it is also good on its own) pour sauce over meatloaf.. Cook at 375 for 1.5 hours flipping the meatloaf every 30 minutes!! We ate this with green beans and some rice for the sauce!

Leftovers from lastnight Gina's Skinny Recipes: Crock Pot Chicken Taco Chili - 4 pts but we jazzed it up by using the chili for a whole wheat soft taco shell filling along with avocado, tomato, green pepper & sour cream. It was super yummy and it's very easy to make!
