Just thought I would stop in and give an update on me since a lot has happened in the last few weeks. About 3 weeks ago, Chris lost his job. There are positives and negatives to this. Obviously the downfall is that he is out of a job and waiting for unemployment to kick in. The benefit is that he is so much happier not being at his former job anymore. We were both miserable when we worked there and after I left that job it got worse for him. He has had 5 interviews in the last week and a half, so he is definitely not slacking when it comes to the job hunt. Now that he has more sanity and is home more, our relationship has GREATLY improved. He is a more loving and caring man, and realizes how much we are meant for each other. Our former non-existent sex life is now an "over the top, should be illegal" kind of sex life.. and we love it!

For those that dont have FB, I just had surgery yesterday, nothing major, just had my gallbladder removed. Its been 6-8 years since I was told to have it removed.. oops. Anyways, my doctors told me that since kids are in our somewhat near future, it would be best to have it done before I got pregnant again. So I'm out of work right now, and returning next wednesday. Right now since Chris is out of work, the timing could not be more perfect. He has been a great help, stayed at the hospital all day with me yesterday (even tho we live 2 miles away) and has been doing EVERYTHING for me to make sure I recover well.

Wedding planning is on hold for a little while at least until we get some more money saved up. Which is hard with Chris being out of work, luckily we have another 13 months to go!

Anyways, I figured since I had a few mins I would update you all. I've been on almost every day reading posts, I just havent had a chance to respond or make one of my own.

Sounds like you are doing great! I hope your DH finds a job soon, I know how that can go (DH has been unemployed for a year now). Glad you are recovering well from your surgery and your relationship is doing good!

Thanks ladies!! I guess when they say "everything happens for a reason" they are right. Our relationship has definitely grown in amazingly in the last few weeks.
