ELV's!!! I'm very excited to meet Teddy, but already finding my pressure waves a little more than expected.... though i'm sure every mother feels that way. So far the tub helps a lot, but makes me feel like i'm barely having pressure waves at all. At least the uncomfortable ones make me feel like i'm making progress.

You can do it girl! ELVS! I say if the tub helps then that's awesome! I should have tried that! Listen to your HB tracks, the ones about easy labor, that helped me a bit.

I just got home from Alice's - Nolan and I went over for a bit for entertainment. Definitely real labor, she had some good contractions while we were visiting. Nolan was a good baby and took a nap on the floor after we went for a walk and I was able to time contractions and rub her back while reminding her to breath and vocalize if she needed to. They were starting to get more intense when we left as well. She should be soaking in the tub right now.

Sooo excited, you will be fine! I always tell myself the more intense and painful it gets, the closer it is to meeting and holding your baby!
