Landen went to bed on his own last night with out having to nurse!!!! I laid him in bed next to me and gave him a pillow for the first time !!!! it did break my heart a little when he asked for his "bobees" but I told him he didn't need it and he went right to bed!!!! I really hope it continues to be that easy although I doubt it LOL. I have cut his nursing time way down and my boobs seem smaller so I don't think I am making as much as I did!!! I am hoping he will be fuly weaned soon!

OMG.. I don't think it's ever going to happen here. But yay for Landen! I hope he keeps it up. When I try to tell Oliver no to the nay nay he gets soo upset and cries. He had fallen asleep without nursing a handful of times but always turns over soon after falling asleep to nurse. After his two yr molars break though I want to try to nightwean him because of his teeth. I'm worried about them getting bad from nursing so often at night. Sorry to ramble on about Oliver but I know you can relate and not many can at this age when it comes to nursing!

I don't mind your rambles I understand! I wish they sold like nursing teeth protectors LOL! I wanted to wean during the day and then let him nurse at night until he is ready to stop on his own but I am just so worried about his teeth. It really is hard to tell him no I feel so mean!! He did fall asleep last night with out nursing but I gave in in the middle of the night because I was so engorged I couldn't sleep!
