Where should I register?! I have no idea...i like the natural/organic scene for baby stuff but at the same time ppl like my elderly grandparents don't even have a touch tone phone so there's no way they are ordering something online, kwim? and dont wanna seem greedy by registering at more than one place.....i already had someone ask me where i'm registered so i guess that's why i'm thinking about this...

funny, my friend who asked where i was registered also offered to do my baby's hair. she even said she'd bring her good straightener LOL

I registered at babies r us & target! Don't feel greedy by registering at more than one place. It gives people an option of where to shop. I know babies r us has some organic things or find a local organic/natural baby store in your area and register there!

My experience with registering, is you wanna register at "popular" places like Target and BRU because that is where 99% of people shop for baby items. BRU is where you will find organic items mostly (bedding, etc).

We did get a few things we did not register for and that is always to be expected too. If you have any things you don't want, you can always put a note on your registry

I just registered at BRU because I knew not a lot of people were buying us things with the exception of my parents and Brother/SIL

I personally hate BRU, but I registered there b/c everyone has access to it.

If I wanted something very specific, I it bought myself (bedding, furniture, breastfeeding items, bath stuff, car seat)

I'd recommened Buy Buy Baby if they have them in Canada.

I registered at Target and um....wow I forget where the other place was.

oh and I should add-----even though there was a note in the invitation that said where I was registered, only 2 people actually bought anything off the registry!

I registered at BRU because it's easy for most to shop there. Plus, they did have a lot of the basic stuff I needed. I found plenty of natural type items to add on my list from BRU. However, I did buy most of the organic/natural items I wanted from the internet. I figured it was easier to do it myself and have other people buy the more basic things.

I registered at BRU but I mainly used mine as my own shopping list because really I only had two family members who I knew were going to get him anything lol.
