I figured out how to get that 1/2 bath upstairs! I'll take away 2ft from each bedroom, move the closets over, and poof a half bath beside the closets! I think 5x4 is plenty enough room for a toilet and pedestal sink isn't it? And that'd make the room sizes (not counting the closets) 12'6x10 or 10'7----can't remember which. Either way it's a good size room for a guest room!

Sounds good to me! I know some half baths that are like 3 feet by 5-6 feet. Sounds like it will work perfect
