Aren't there a couple grads on here that have this? We having more super fun awesome sleep issues with Matthew and I'm wondering if it might help. It has over 1,000 reviews on Amazon and I'm intimidated to even try reading them! It says ages 3 and up, so I dunno?

I'm not kidding....the Twilight Turtle SAVED MY LIFE. lol!!! When we moved to our new place we also transitioned Reid to a toddler bed. He was great in it for the first week and then all of a sudden he would get up and cry at his door (we have a gate up since we have an upstairs balcony and stairs) - nothing was working. We were sooo frustrated that our perfect sleeper was all of a sudden refusing to go to bed AND waking up in the middle of the night again.

The first night that I put the Twilight Turtle in his room he went to sleep without issue. I think he just layed in bed and stared at the stars/moon until he got so sleepy that he just closed his eyes. Ever since then he's slept perfectly! Now, I'm not saying that it's 100% that the turtle worked, but I think it was a huge help. I think it was a combo of him finally wearing down and the turtle was the final step to help him go to sleep on his own. He still sleeps with it on every night. It goes off automatically after 45 mins (We've used it for over 2 months and never had the change the batteries) so a few times he's woken up and wanted them back on, but that doesn't happen very often.

I think it's worth a shot for Matthew! Why not? If it doesn't "work", it's also a cute toy and Reid really likes it even when he's not sleeping.

We got it for the boys' room shortly before I had Lila--LOVE IT!!! They were getting scared of the dark and saying there were monsters in their room and Twilight Turtle saved the day (or nights as the case may be)! Definitely a great thing for us!

Amara got one from her godparents for her first birthday and she loves it. We don't use it at night to help her with falling asleep since she tends to go to sleep without any major fussing but for evening or night-time fun, we use it quite often.

Very cool, sounds like it is worth a try! Those of you who have it, where did you buy it and how much was it? I need to decide if it's worth going out and buying it somewhere NOW or just ordering it online.

I didn't know if it will help him since he goes to sleep on his tummy so he wouldn't really be looking at them while he is laying down, but I guess we shall see.

Oh and is there a difference between the regular version and the sea turtle?

I think the difference is just the color of the actual turtle. They also make a ladybug. I got mine as a shower gifts, but they got it from BRUS.
