Everything went wonderfully!
We got there and got him changed into his gown that was 12 sizes too big but of course mommy made it fit

They went ahead and premeded him (I warned the nurse that it would not go well and her tricks would not work on him and yeah guess what, he only got half because just like i said -- her tricks did not work). It still worked and he was nice and calm. I got to go back with him and everything was fine and dandy until it was time for the mask. Then he got upset and cried but went down pretty quickly. It took about 50 minutes. DH and I waited nervously. I think i have about 100 gray hairs now.
His doctor came and got us, told us everything went well, and told us that his adenoids were huge! She said they were already in his nose! I asked if they were bigger then the 60% enlarged that she saw 2 months ago and she said that they were 100%+ enlarged. No wonder he was having so many problems! The ear tubes went well too. No fluid in his ears today thankfully. She said that with his adenoids removed in a week or two we should notice the coughing/congestion to be gone, his voice will sound less congested, and he should stop snoring. She said he might still snore a little because his tonsils are also abnormally large.
He woke up screaming as most kids do and we put on Yo Gabba Gabba for him and he was fine within seconds. We cuddled until he woke up more and he started pointed at the door to go home. So we went home and he took a 3 hour nap, and when he woke up he was happy go lucky and running around like a nut! He drank some rice milk for us, and had a nice soft dinner and was fine. He is currently already asleep for the night with just some plain ol' Tylenol on board.
I am glad this is over! Now we just need to find out more about his allergies and see if his "acid reflux" gets better or worse.
