Hi ladies, most of you already know from Facebook that I had Mason a few weeks ago, but I know you probably want to read his birth story! So I'm going to post a link to my blog since I posted the birth story there, but here are some photos in the mean time!

He looks so tiny! It's hard to remember what it's like to have such a little itty bitty baby. I bet you are loving it! How are you doing with your recovery? I hope it's going well and the adjustment from 2 to 3 is going good.

Oh Resi, I'm in absolute heaven with him!!! He's such a great baby!!! Edward and Preston would cry if I put them in the swing or the bouncer just to use the bathroom. But Mason is so content anywhere I put him! He's nursing like a dream! My recovery is going well. I'm recovering better from this c-section than I did the first two, but it feels like it's taking longer because I tore my stomach muscles and I'm very tender in my abdominal region. I'm just now beginning to sit up in bed unassisted to nurse the baby at night. Mason only gets up at 10p and 2a to nurse, the rest of the time he sleeps! Which is so nice since Preston is still not sleeping through the night.
I'm just glad that Mason is an easy baby since he might be our last!  Because of my stomach muscles tearing, Chris thinks it would be best if we stopped now and counted our blessings. We have 3 beautiful healthy boys. And I've recovered successfully from all 3 c-sections. But he's worried about what will happen if we have even one more baby. I don't want to be done at all and I definitely don't want to never be pregnant again. I love being pregnant. He's even planning on getting a vasectomy in January. We both agreed that we would love to adopt and I've even thought of becoming a foster mom. I don't know yet!

Brandi, Maybe your docs will let you know if having another is something that you can do again in the future. Either way you are very fortunate to have three beautiful boys!
