So, Harper's tears sometimes dry white. I'm assuming this isn't normal...

I think its normal. Sometimes my kids' dry white too. Mine have too. I think we're so quick to wipe them away we don't notice.

tears are salty....maybe hers are just a bit saltier?

Yeah, what Sarah said, its the salt. Sometimes the kids tears appear saltier than other times and leave that white dusty trail. I think its normal.
