If a pair of jeans is size 2a, what does that mean? I have never seen the "a" added.

Thats my guess too, average. I know in older boys clothes they have, Slim, Average, and Big (or Big Boys for wider set kids), but I've never seen/herd of toddler clothes like that.

Mom to Seamus (7.18.06) and Kieran 4.8.09). Seamus has Aspergers, SPD, Lazy Eye and is also Color Deficient/Blind, basically he doesnt' see green or red. I'm still learning more but feel free to ask me about it if you have any questions!

I am pretty sure it means average, and I am guessing they mean the length.

Then ya the A means average length. They have Petite for shorter ladies, Average for the average height ladies and Talls for the tall ones.

Ah okay, that sounds right.

I also just found out that the pants in misses are shorter!

Average makes since I suppose. I always have S for short LoL.
