Charlotte turned 6 months on the 23rd, so I thought I would update! Sorry I haven't been around much, I just don't have time with work. I sure wish I did!
Anyway, Charlotte is doing really well. She's a big girl, 21 lbs and 28 inches long. She was off the chart on both measurements. I looked the charts up and apparently she weighs as much as an average 12 month old and is as tall as an average 10 month old!
She's a lot of baby to lug around, lemme tell ya!
She's hitting all of her milestones except for rolling over. She doesn't roll at all. Doc said it is because she is so darn big and it is nothing to worry about. She's quite the sitter though!
We are still BFing and trying to introduce solids, though she doesn't seem too impressed with them, which isn't what I expected! She is still waking up once a night to eat, but is a pretty good sleeper overall... goes down in about 10 minutes, sleeps for 10 hours, and only wakes up for about 10 minutes to eat in the middle of the night and goes right back down.
She's a real sweetheart and is really getting animated! She smiles and laughs when we come home and gets so excited over things. She's a lot of fun right now... big enough to interact with, but too small to misbehave!
