Thank you ladies for you facebook messages, texts, calls, and prayers. Surgery went VERY differently from planned.
What I know is what my mom and Mike told me, so I don't know full names of things or EXACTLY what was said, but I DO know my insides were a mess! Yes, the cyst on the Right ovary was removed. As that was looked at, the Dr. realized that my L ovary was trying to adhere to the R, was swollen, and the ovary and the tube were stretched. This is why I felt so much pain on the L that couldn't be explained for years, and why we thought the ovarian pain was referred.
The ovaries were placed in the proper places. A fibroid was removed from my uterus.
Additionally, and I have NO idea what this is called, but my mom and Mike insist it wasn't endo, is that I have blood blisters on my uterus that "pop" when I have my period causing my pain.
The Dr. said had I been 40, he would have done a total hysterectomy, but that everything was clean and looking great on the before and after photos the Dr. showed them.
He believes that my chemical pregnancy could EASILY be explained by the was my insides were.
He also believes that some our our troubles getting pregnant were directly related to my internal situation, and that now that everything's better, if Mike's sperm count is up, there is no reason I couldn't be pregnant or have a baby by Christmas next year!!!
I am recovering OK. The incisions and changing positions hurt farrrrrrrrrrr more than the pain I was feeling Thursday morning before surgery

Thank you all! My incisions are really tender because someone @ the hospital used adhesive and not paper tape. My bruising isn't as bad as it was with my first cystectomy at ALL.
Yes, Sarah, the surgery was fluoroscopic
Morgan, with my voice I couldn't update you by phone- It's REALLY sore still. But, the real pain I was experiencing was soo much worse. I hope tomorrow my voice comes back and the incisions are better!

I'm sorry things were a bit of a mess in there, but it is excellent news that this surgery will increase your chances of starting a family now! You rest up and take it easy now.

Thanks Jessie. I don't think I've been taking it as easy as I'm supposed to, I'm just not a lay in bed wait on me hand and foot kind of girl even though I've had SO many offers. I'm really grateful for my friends and family.
The bad news is my incision sites are infected because in the original 36 hour dressing someone used latex band-aids and the skin is breaking down, is bright red, itchy, oozing clear fluid, and has tiny water blisters on it. I'm back on oral antibiotics, and am applying neosporin.
My belly on the inside feels really good except for when I stretch too far or bend or something without thinking about it. It's just the incisions causing all of the trouble!!
