Feeling tired and I hate acne. Related news... had some pain on my right side that shot down to my foot so I had an u/s today.... heartbeat at 109 and everything looks good (and a nice size cyst on my right ovary ). London has no idea whats coming

How are you feeling? I'm not vomiting anymore YAY!!!!!!! But I've traded that for heartburn and backaches. It's getting increasingly harder to care for a toddler at the same time. And I honestly think I may be having some pre-Baby Blues.

Any pregnancy related news? I'm almost in my 3rd trimester.

Doing better. Had some cramps and spotting a few days ago. Spotting appears to be gone, but I still have some crazy strong cramps. Have my first appointment with the gyno tomorrow. Hopefully she can at least find the gestational sac and make sure baby is in the correct location. Probably can't see much more at this stage.

I am EXHAUSTED. Honestly, I cannot do anything. I have had to stop on drive home from work a couple times to take a quick nap in the car. My house is a disaster and I feel like a bad mommy. Can't wait for this stage to pass!

i feel ginormous even though apparently i still dont really look it. stairs are a real struggle, i think my lungs are like totally compressed. i slipped and fell on ice yesterday which was not the most fun, we're both fine though. still doing the yoga, so i still feel like i have some strength which is nice.

we had our firstmeeting with the doula this week. def worth the money if only to get dh talking about the birth. she was great though, and i got lots of info, and we are doing up an 'epidural contract' which details exactly how i far i want her to go in her convincing me to avoid the epi (very far!!). i thought that was great that it was all in writing. also revised my birth plan so it fits on one page.

the baby is still kicking/punching up a storm in there.....keeps me up half the night lol oh well. can't wait for her to be born!

I'm beyond exhausted. I could seriously sleep all day. And I'm extremely thirsty. Knock on wood no morning sickness besides a few waves of nausea. No other news yet. My midwife appt isn't until Jan 7th. I did however see my reg dr and my betas at 5wks 2d was 2526.

I'm doing pretty good and I'm still trying to deal with the GD thing. Not eating sweets has become easier, so that's good.

I saw the doc., nurse and nutritionist today. The GD diet is not that bad, the main thing I love to look for is carbs, of course, but I think I'll be able to manage it. It may be a little bit difficult during the Christmas and New Year celebrations, but I'll try and be careful.

The nurse taught me how to prick my finger to check for my glycemic index. It's not fun but I can do it. I have another appointment in two weeks and I'm crossing everything crossable that I won't have to do the insulin injections.

I'm exhausted. I also feel queasy now and then but no throwing up. Matthew doesn't know anything....or DOES he, b/c he has been so whiny lately and it's so hard to keep him happy while I am so tired and lots of stuff is going undone around here. His sleep has also been crappy again and Dh doesn't seem to have luck getting him back down even though Matthew has been night weaned for several months.

I have my first u/s next Wed so hopefully we see that little baby and heartbeat.
