Went in today for an early appointment because of cramps and some spotting (none since Monday thankfully!).

V-jay exam was normal. Pap was taken. Vag ultrasound ruled out a hematoma or ovarian cyst. She couldn't for sure rule out an ectopic so I will be on the lookout for further pain or bleeding. She saw what could be the gestational sac, but since it is so small it is hard to say for sure. It was 2.8 mm diameter which fits with 4 weeks along. I didn't think she could see ANYTHING this early, so I was impressed.

Going on Progesterone and Magnesium supplements. Next scan in 4 weeks!!!

so glad she could get you in. sounds like things are going well though, all signs are pointing to this being a healthy pregnancy! yay!

u know what, i STILL sometimes get period like cramps the odd time.......who knows!
