I about died laughing when I read this.... I DON'T work out...AT ALL. Last time I was at a gym was before I was pregnant with london. I did do yoga twice since then. I eat out ever meal...and its 60% crap...I can't tell you the last time a vegetable that wasn't on a steak or a potato entered my mouth. I just was lucky enough to get my father's metabolism....its ALL in the genes for me and it has been insane while pregnant and BFing... I can eat (and do eat) everything under the sun and then some..and I have lost weight. I'm VERY out of shape actually... I huff and puff pretty easy..its kind of embarrassing because everyone thinks "she is small she must be in great shape".
but thanks for the complement
Now I'm going to hide before I get beat up LOL

Steak is a vegetable now?!
I am right there with on just lucky having a great metabolism. I have never worked out. Unless you count chasing after a toddler, which I am tempted to. I used to (before pregnancy/BFing) try not to eat too crappy because heart disease runs in my family. People would act like I was some insane anorexic chick if I said anything about not wanting to eat too many fatty things.

I used to be like that, but then I had 3 kids and hit my 30s, lol. I'm so jealous, you look FABULOUS!!!
And how on earth can you live without veggies??? I'd about die! I love me some veggies. Sometimes I just cut up zucchini & onions, bake them in olive oil, and make that my whole meal! And salads? OMG, I cannot live without salads!

My idea of veggies is corn on the cob with a crap ton of butter then rolled in salt, or a potatoes with so much cheese/bacon/sour cream on it you can't really taste the potato, onions and mushrooms on my steak, LOL HATE veggies. Its a problem I have had since having london.... he loves them..we go out and I know the colors of the things he eats but I don't know what they are LOL And I have NO IDEA how to cook them...so he gets alot of peas/carrots out of cans kind of things.... I really need to figure it out!

*sigh* I don't like veggies either, except for a couple and even then not my favs. I WISH I liked the taste of them. If I had to survive on salad I would starve.

I feel like I have mild motion sickness, nothing horrible but a baseline queasy. And I have alot more cramping...but it happens when I'm BFing.

i love veggies too. but then again i grew up where you could go buy your veggies/fruit off the back of a truck on the side of the road so they were really fresh. me and my sister used to fight over the broccoli at the dinner table lol
