lol... its so funny. Teddy was an impossible newborn. I had issues with conceiving, pregnancy, delivery, breastfeeding, you name it! And yet... i want to get pregnant NOW! HAHA! Not going to happen. But does anyone ever have days like that? I change my mind daily so i know i'm not really ready. Teddy still needs me too much. Haven't even had a real period yet

I remember feeling exactly like that when Jaxon was around 6 months old. I had CRAZY baby fever, actually as soon as he was born. We decided to ttc when he was 9 months, but by the time 9 months rolled around I was NOT ready at all which is why we waited until after 1 year.

I think something happens at 6 months. Maybe it is them sleeping better, starting to interact more, and gaining more mobility. I don't know, but at 6 months I started to think I could handle 2...maybe!
Eventhough this baby was a surprise, we're both glad they will be close in age. Although, Jenna was a hard newborn too and sometimes I think how I will manage a toddler and a newborn if this one takes after their sister. *Fingers crossed I get one of those 'easy' babies* If they even exist. So far I'm convinced they're an urban legand
PS Saw your nursing picture on FB. Very special.

I didn't start feeling that way until around 1 year old. I went back and forth for some time before I knew I wanted another.

I will admitt.. I feel that way.. Even though I have my hands full with a 3 1/2 and 1 1/2 year old.. It's asking for trouble! lol But I know in my heart I can't handle going through another pregnancy and then having 3 kids.. I work full time so I know I would be pulled in so many directions.. I know it just won't work.

I loved being pregnant and I'd love to do it again right now! But I have pregnancy fever, not baby fever!

I got it super bad when Chris was 5months, after Alissa I didn't get a chance to get it. After this one I don't think I'll get it very bad, I just want the whole baby stages to be over with.

It crossed my mind occasionally at six months, but never really bad. But I was beginning to think I was pregnant this month (I'm not) which has totally sparked the fever! I was planning on ttc next month anyway but it was supposed to be a casual thing! Oh well. We will see, I am still confident ttc the second will be easier emotionally than ttc the first. I hope.
When do you think you guys will start ttc again?

Yep I keep flip flopping too. But I don't think my body is ovulating (see my weird cycles in my siggy) anyway.
I think I want a 3rd and IF I'd get pregnant now Kieran and the baby would be basically the same age gap Seamus and Kieran are and I love it, so I think daily I fight with my self...and dh is no help either pointing out every baby we see saying "awww tiny baby" or "soo cute we need another"
And I also keep thinking that Seamus will be in school again so I would have time for Kieran and a new baby each day (hopefully full day, its what we're pushing for, our Kinder center offers both full and half)

I probably the only one who hasn't had any real TTC feelings for another. I did have a dream once that I had a baby boy and it was really cool. I even have a name but no real cravings for another, at least not at this point.
Good luck to all those who are TTCing or soon going to be TTCing.

I have lots of days like that where the baby fever is crazy, but then I have others where I'm like "eh." haha.

I was ready to TTC #2 when Aden was like a year old, and we conceived Phinny when she was 13-14 months? I found it to be a pretty good spacing. This time I'm glad I have another 9 months just because having 2 is demanding enough!

When Mia was born I was adiment I didnt want another baby. Then when she got to like 6 months something changed. We waited till she was 18 months old. Two years later we're still trying

I'm still not sure that I want another. Maybe in a couple years I will but for right now I feel done. I'm happy with my family as it is right now, don't know if I want to mess with that.
