We were talking this afternoon about TTC and he was asking me about what the doctor/clinic said about me TTC, I was explaining about the no-no list of foods and advice to take pre-natals etc etc, and he asked, "isn't there anything the man has to do as well?"
I did not expect that after previous relationship experiences!!!
Just had to share!

Incidentally I told him about cutting back alcohol/caffeine if he really wants to "do his bit" but as far as I'm aware I don't think there's anything else....is there?

Um....I can't think of anything too vital. I've heard that boxers are better than briefs when it comes to little swimmers. And to cut back on hot tubs if its a regular thing.

He could take zinc, vit B and magnesium. Those vitamins are suppose to help healthy swimmers!

A daily multi-vitamin is supposed to be very helpful. Also, avoiding overly hot showers and baths.
