for those who are on prenatals before being preggo, did you notice any biological changes? In the last few weeks since i've been taking them i've had gas like no other. that's the only thing that has changed in my diet. I had barely started taking some one a day/centrum prenatals before getting preggo with riley and then a Rx prenatal from my dr and i never noticed any gas when i when i was pregnant. This prenatal Rx I'm on now is a different brand than i was on with Riley though so i don't know if that has something to with it.

I've had more spots than usual and been feeling a bit nauseous but I have no idea whether that's my prenatals or whether it's because I had a weird cycle and late AF after coming off IUD. I'm taking Pregnacare.

I haven't really noticed anything, except of course needing to get more fiber due to the prenatals. LOL.

Hey, I was wondering this too.... I started taking GNC prenatals, and the last few weeks my teeth have been hurting like no other. I googled it and found sometimes too much of a certain vitamin can cause tooth sensitivity. That has been my only side effect thought!
