we have got to get the ball rolling! How have u been progressing since this summer. I know you had gained some and I am not sure if you have lost any since then? My new goal is to be in the high 170's even if 179 by Christmas. I have gotten close but It's like i can't shake 185 when i get to 185 i am stuck! Now i am 192 lol. So I have got to get the ball rolling. I think my problem was ppl telling me to eat and that it was okay on my diet to have it once in a while. Well once in a while turned into a few tiems a week. I got tired of cooking and preparing. So that's my ultimate goal. not only to work out regularly, but to cook more and refrain from pleasing my kids and then myself at fast food restaurants!
