Hey ladies! I'm a newbie and wanting to stop BSing about losing weight. I have a hard time motivating myself to workout and eatright and all too easily talk myself OUT of doing it. I'm 5'7" and currently 175lbs. I would like to get down to 140lbs at least. Would anyone like to help encourage me? I'd love to be someone's buddy!
