Did you get your walk in???

As soon as my kids wake up I will be getting my butt outside..
I am going to go bike or walk with the kids..

What are you having for supper?? I need healthy low cal supper ideas.. I usually do fine until supper..

I will end up working out in my room tonight. It is pouring here. We are also going out to dinner. Its been a rough day.
We were going to have asiago pork chops. The magazine cooking light has been great. Low calorie yummy meals.

Aww I hope you feel better soon!!

I didn't go biking yet.. and its doubtful I will either
Weather has been iffy and its getting late here..


I Don't know how to do this dieting thing anymore..
First I was doing sureslim.. quite restricting but it worked VERY well.. Then I came on this site and I read about more of a lifestyle change vs dieting.. And I like the sound of that so I changed my habits.. and I can't seem to budge a pound...So frusterated..
I am thinking I may go back to the more restricting sureslim.. I have 1 1/2 months there.. out of a year .. and get to where I want to be and then maintain..
It worked before.. It got me from 172.. to 153 over say 9 months or so.. could have gone quicker but I am not good at it sometimes I hate myself and my lack of will power I really do..

Anywho can you kick my butt into gear to do sureslim as I have already paid the $800 (YIKES) and I have only lost 20 pounds..
It I could get to 140 and maintain there I would be THRILLED>

HELP!!!

Perhaps you are cutting to many calories and your body is going into starvation mode. I know that when you cut to much your body will store because its freaking out thinking you aren't going to feed it anymore. I tried some of those programs, herbalife, slimfast, body for life. I took some stuff from each of them and tried to make life changes. Like eating wheat pasta instead of white. Or whole grain rice instead of white. I love white carbs. I am not great at it and you won't get it over night. These are things you have done your whole life and it takes time. Don't beat yourself up over it. Keep moving and eating healthy meals (snacks) 6 times a day. Get that metabolism moving. The bummer is if you are doing it to look like the ladies in the magazines it makes it harder.
What is your motivation for losing weight? Is it you that wants to lose weight, or is someone else pressuring you?
you can do this, just believe in yourself and that you are worth it to live a long healthy happy life.

Right now I am def not cutting too many cals.. Just eating too much.. for the last 3 weeks or so.. Kind of finding a balance.. but the only thing so far I have been succesful at was sureslim..

My motivation is for myself.. I don't feel to bad right now.. but I would LOVE to loose some more and be confident!! I need to get rid of my gut!! My legs are ok.. and my arms.. but this gut.. it terrible!
I would love to do it for my hubby but he rarely pressures me, and if he does its cause he is not sure how to support me properly.... I love to see his expression when I do loose a pound or too.. so happy and supportive. yes I still can't seem to stay there

I posted on your other thread but my new love is cooking light. I found out last night they have tons of archives on their site for healthy recipes for dinners mostly. I have made some yummy stuff. Plateaus are hard. Perhaps you need to change your routine? Or perhaps you are missing to many days in a row so your body isn't getting all the movement it needs? I am just thinking of things that slow me down. Sounds like the sureslim is a good deal and if you have already paid I say go with it. I am going to head out for a run but I will check on you when I get back.

I ate better today.. and tomorrow will be even better

I weighed in today and I was up 3.2... to 153.2,, but I am going to kick some butt this week

I hope to bike tomorrow if the weather holds out again

I am so glad you had a good food day. I had an ok day. Did have a cherry coke zero though, and a white chocolate mocha . I have not worked out yet but that is not strange for me. I will work out about 830 or 9 tonight.

Got my run in today. 31 mins and 2.12 miles. I have added distance. So getting faster wohoo. I am going to weight myself tomorrow so I will update then. I am going to do measurements tonight too.

Went camping last night.. ate somet hings I shouldn't have but I was active Walked through some gorgeous meadows too!!!

I have been all tuckered out and sleeping . I didn't get my workout yesterday or today. Although we walked around a dog show for a couple hours. Can I count that ? Tomorrow is a new day .

It was lots of fun.. lots of work getting ready to only be gone 24 hours.. but it was fun!!
Kids had a blast.. no sleep cause Austy cried and cried. but other than that the day light hours were fun filled

things have been going pretty good diet wise..
eating healthy until supper..
thats the hardest..
not that supper is not healthy I just eat too much..

How about you.. what have you been eating lately??

I had myusual lunch but I had it for supper..
wasa with peppers and cheddar.. yum yum We had no meat in the house..

Oh my pms has been terrible. Darn bcp. The only good thing is no weight gain. But no lose either. Still sitting at 164 from last week. But hopefully I will get my snacking under control this week and get down a pound or so. Its usually my after work, before dinner time that gets me. Sorry I wasn't on yesterday. Busy busy around here. I did go for a walk with my daughter we ran a bit. Getting ready to go workout tonight. I have done my workouts all week so proud of that.
How are you doing today?

Nice. I did a 3.45 mile walk/run. More walking than running but it felt good. Feeling sore now. Going to do strength training tomorrow morning before work.
Eating is always my downfall. But I was back down to 162.6 from 164 so that felt good. I am doing 4-5 days a week atm. Hopefully I can kick it back up to 6 days a week consistently.
That is great you are doing good eating wise. I know how tempting things can be . Let me know how the bike ride goes tomorrow.
