I did horrible last week. I was at my mom's so lots of good eating.

today sucked..not food wise though. We had to have my dog put to sleep today. I cried all day.

I am so sorry to hear about your dog. Why did you have to put her/him to sleep?

Maybe a good sweat session will help you feel better. It usually does me, I work out the stress.

I am doing so so today. Ate out but still going to get my work out in so that is a plus.

He was 14 and when I got to my mom's last week his back legs wouldn't support him and he kept falling over. He had a large tumor on his back and I think it was starting to push on his spinal cord. He as also starting to lose bladder control. With a little one crawling, I couldn't have that. I always said I didn't want to see him suffering.

It was time but it didn't make it any easier.

I got my workout in despite feeling really down on myself today with lack of weightloss . DH is hiding my scale for the next 4-6 weeks minimum.

morning girls!

I just found out yesterday that my thyroid isn't functioning low and that is the cause of my lack of energy and weight gain/slow weight loss.

I just started taking synthroid this morning and have to have my levels tested again in 5wks. It will take a couple of weeks for me to start noticing a difference so hopefully I will still feeling better soon!!!!

How did you ladies do at working out this week. Sorry I have been gone so much between the house, school, working out and just life I haven't been on JM much this week. I did 4 of 5 days so far this week. I will get my 5th day tomorrow morning. Eating has been so so.

did we fizzle out?

I feel like poop this morning. DH and I went to the Melting Pot for dinner last night and it was soooo yummy but I ate way to much! My metformin makes me sick in the mornings if I eat bad at night.

No I am still here sorry, got busy this weekend. I am on a few days break with working out. Got a new tattoo. I should be able to work out tonight or tomorrow. Trying to work on my eating. We had a BBQ Sunday, that was my "cheat" day i guess .
Made shrimp scampi last night from my body for life cook book. That book is such a life saver.

hey you two..
I haven't been doing good.. but the last two days have been good..
I am finally feeling a bit slimmer again.. so that motivates me.. but I have SUCH WEAKNESS for ICECREAM its horrible.. Its kinda handy though I can't handle milk products.. so.. after about half an hour.. you can guess what happens

I managed to get three days of working out in this week so far. I did the eliptical Monday and Wednesday and Thursday I went for a run. I am working on getting the motivation to work out today and tomorrow with my videos. I am also thinking about doing smoothies on the weekends since that is the only time I have time to make them.

Went running today! Sat down last weekend and made a schedule on the calendar for myself to stick to for the next 8 weeks. That seems to help keep me going is having a routine, or schedule. I also have a goal to finish the C25K during this time. So from now until October 4th I am working out 6 days a week. I hope it works out. I am down 2 pounds since last week to 158 so that is exciting.
How are you ladies doing?

So far so good this week. Got my runs 1 and 2 done. Friday will be number 3. I did the elliptical on Tuesday. Doing the bike tomorrow. And Friday I am doing my run in a new location so that will change things up a bit. Saturday I was going to do a video but we are going to the beach so I am thinking about doing a little running down there . Chasing waves counts right LOL?
