Esther how are you doing?
Did you workout today?

Do you want to track our food here to or just working out?

Ok got my 30 min workout in today wohoo. Eating needs some help. But I took 30 day pictures and I can see some changes especially to my upper abdominal area. Smaller sides more definition.

Heeey

I am soo excited about this!

I am doing really good as my best friend who moved to PEI 8 months ago, came for a wedding. (We are in BC) and she slept over with her two kids same ages as mine.. IT was just like the good o'l days. Which included eating grilled cheese sandwhich and chocolate squares.. but it was soo worth it.. I loved seeing her again.. Anywhoo I am GOOD

As for working out.. nope.. just visiting today but we did a bit of planting flower pots Does that count

Tomorrow I will start with writing down all my food.. and I will try get on the treadmill tomorrow.

Let me know how you are doing..

edit to add.. I am at my highest in 4 months (( I have been really off track so I need a good butt kicking.. Hope you can help

I think by posting our food it means we have to admit what we are eating and sometimes that motivates people to not eat something. I am hopeing to get in a good sweat session while the kids are napping. I am home with a sick DD today and my night is packed with a late dr appointment and a bible study. So afternoon is going to have to be it . I will post tonight on how I did. This is so great. We will get this. I noticed when I did it with my sister via text message it was a good motivator knowing someone else was checking on me and holding me accountable.

Ok.. so so far today.. Its 10:00 am here I have eaten..

Breakfast
Instant Maple & Brown Sugar Oatmeal, Weight Control 160
whole milk 1/2 cup 80
Yogurt, Plain, Skim Milk, 13 Grams Protein Per 8 Ounce 127
Mixed Berries 70
Total Calories Consumed 437


Its rainy here. but I may wish for clearing in the weather and go for a slow walk with the kids or if I can get my oldest in the bike trailer.. a nice bike ride.. I love biking, but my oldest always wants to bike himself and that is soooo sloooow.. (he is almost 3)

Hope your doing good today!

Oh and my ticker is wrong.. but Id hate to update it. cause I am five pounds heavier sniff sniff

I am going to work out when the kids nap hopefully. I will update as the day goes.
I think we are in the same time zone as I am in Washington State and you are BC it seems.

Ok so heres my lunch.. sadly I don't feel full yet..
I am going to start chugging the water then,..
western family organics.. 2 slices 220
peanut butter 1.5 tablespoons 100
100g marble cheddar.lowfat 100
Total Calories Consumed 420

Well I failed miserably at working out. But I think I might have strep throat again because I have a low grade fever and I am all run down. So that might set me back a bit. I had crockpot chicken and some potatoes for dinner, nothing major since I feel like poo. Need to drink more water.
You are doing great! Did you work out yet today?

I haven't worked out
So mad at myself.. but I think I will tomorrow when the kids nap.. I am having visitors in the morning..
I baked cookies tonight ( and I HAVE to stop doing that.. I have nooo willpower and hopefully they will be gone by tomoorow.. not by me.. I will send most of them to work with my hubby for him and his guys.Do you have any good filing breakfast ideas??
Oatmeal,, bleh.. i had it for the first time.. the taste is ok but I am a texture gross out.. 5 more packs to finish I guess..
Tomorrow I think I will have kashi.. num and my shake..

I am not doing too well
I haven't eaten too much but what I have was JUNK.. ie cookies.. at least 7.. and some Kashi cereal.. but nothing else.. I don't have much of an appetite..

I will try and eat a healthy supper

Well I had wendy's for lunch if it makes you feel better .
I am chaulking this week up to a loss. I have a terrible cold and feel like I got run over . But I have a new game plan for next week so I am going to work on eating good this weekend and getting back on the workout bandwagon on Monday.

How is your exercise? Did you workout today?

On a good note I am at 163.6 as of this morning so no gain .

Good for you on the no gain..

I was at 153 this morning.. a gain from my low of 147.. but I went to Mexico and gained 10 POUNDS>>That is what I working on now.. I hate reloosing..

We can do this though.
I had a bowl of frosted shredded wheat this morning and a few bits of a breakfast burrito my DH made me.
My goal today is to drink 8 cups of water. This cold is still kicking my butt but I am determined to get back on my game tomorrow. One more day of rest then back at it. Running M,W,F and cross training T, TH, Sat.

Hi Jess!!

Today I am 153..
I ate my smoothie for breaky.. whole grain bread with PB and J for snack.
4 wasa crackers and peppers and cheese for lucnch.. 1/2 hour later I was still hungry so I ate a cup of Kashi..
I am not sure how I am doing.. but its a start..
I am going to get on the treadmill now.. for the first time in two weeks..
I shall report back!

Ok.. I did it..
20 minute on the treadmill at 3.1 and 2 min of running..
I know it is measly but I did it!! Better than nothing at all.. right??

So glad you got on the treadmill. Sorry I haven't been posting much my computer was having a fight with JM and wouldn't talk to it .
I did not work out, my allergies are acting up so bad that I can barely breath. I am going to the dr tomorrow. I hope to get back to working out within the next day or so. A week and a half off is not good.

How are you doing? How is your eating? Did you workout?

My allergies are kicking my butt, I can't even talk let alone breath. Finally on some meds and hope to be back on my game by Monday at the latest. I had to get an inhaler though since my breathing is so bad .

I have been slacking and I am not sick No excuse here..

why don't we see how you are by sun or mon.. and then we can challenge ourselves once again!

How do you runs with your kids??
do you take them in a stroller??
or are they older?

I went bikeing!!

I was so sick of being in the house.. I've had no insurance since fri so I bike to the insurance office with a trailer and two kids in it.. Took me an hour at least!!
Then I raked our new sod that has rotten patches to air it out a bit.. So that was my one arm and one side of my gut.. LOL

WOW kuddos to you. That sounds like an intense bike ride. Sod is such a pain. Glad you got some exercise in. How is your Friday going? How are you doing on your eating. I am proud I managed to eat good yesterday, and resist the temptation to go out to eat fast food. I cooked breakfast for dinner the kids loved it.

How did you do this weekend?
I think my allergies are finally undercontrol. Going to try to work out tomorrow for sure. Even if all I do is get a walk in.
We ate yummy healthy dinners at home and even when we did stop at wendy's I didn't even finish my chicken sandwich. Going out doesn't taste as good when you have been eating at home more.
