Hi I am judy 34
I had my 3rd son May 6th. I started 129lbs and gained 47 lbs. I am down 38lbs. I don't diet because I am bfing instead just workout as much as I can. I start back to work on Monday 8/22. I hope to workout 5 days a week then 4 at the gym and one time at home. I am going to keep by off days during the week since I will already have limited time seeing the kids in the evening. I track my workouts on MFP and fitocracy. Would love a workout buddy who likes to talk about working out as much or more so than losing weight.
