Hi I am Diana 33

Mother of 4 boys my youngest is 3 months olds! I have lost all the pregnancy weight and a little extra I was 208 when I found out I was PG and now I am 204 so down 4 lbs from pre prego weight. my goal weight is 156 by Memorial day!!! I just really need some serious motivation and support

Just use the healthy food in the first 3 month then you should take the steps to lose the weight. because at this time you have need to eat the healthy food and in this situation, you are not able to loss the weight.

Do some light exercises and take a balance diet.
Go for morning walk and do some cardio exercises specially jogging, running, and sits ups etc.
Avoid more fat and take more raw vegetarian diet to reduce your extra body weight.

i do a variety of things each day. also things i want to try. i do 30 mins each day or atleast 15 mins if i am tired or not up to it. one day i do yoga dvd, then another latin dance, then zumba on wii, then belly dancing, each week i change it up, so i'm never doing the same thing each week. always something different, like one week belly dancing and next week pilates, slow paced, do what you can. i eat alot of veggies, chicken and fruit. i shop at trader joes and i have lost 40lbs i'm 209 right now working on 40lbs more to lose also we are ttc so it will help me fertility wise too.

According to me if you want to loss your weight, you should take proper diet and take exercise also. Make sure that you take low fat and carbs in your diet. Green tea is also very effective for weight loss. But with your diet you should have to take exercise and i think cycling and swimming is best cardio for this purpose.
