I started the 30 day shred today to get some strength training. Hope to get a walk/run in tonight.

Whoa drama is right! We were the only ones posting in the weight loss forum anyways.
I'm doing good. I made it to the gym this morning and it was wonderful to be able to work out with no distractions and just get away for a little bit. I'm hoping to go to the gym 2-3 times a week on top of the shred. I haven't done day 7 yet so I have to that before I go to bed. I will report back after it's done.
How did your first day of the shred go? Did you get your walk/run in?

Well I didn't do the 30 day shred yesterday. I'm bummed but I went to the gym in the morning. Came back home got our dinner into the crock pot and left the house, didn't come back until dinner time. By the time we ate dinner, and did kid stuff for the evening I was exhausted. Brooklyn was fussy from shots so when she finally stopped crying and went to sleep at 9:30 so did I. So today i will do day 7.

I did day 5 of the shred wohoo today and the whole family did it with me. Tuesday and Thursday I bike and swim. Thursday's I swam for 45 mins I was so proud of myself. Last week I could barely do 20 mins. My stamina is improving. Even the shred is getting easier or better. Monday and Wednesday I did shred and walk/ran. Was going to go on Friday but weather was terrible. I am going to try for Saturday to get #3. Also going to swim Saturday morning.

Day 7 today. Getting ready to shred lol. Rode mike bike for an hour, went 10.2 miles. Did a small test run. Ran for 4 mins without stopping. It was only a 12 min workout lol.

Sounds like you're doing great Jess! I've been doing pretty good. I haven't been doing the shred like I should but my knees were hurting and I was kind of bored so I did some of the turbo jam dvds and I made it to the gym 3 times last week. Hoping to go 3 times this week as well.
Food wise I've been doing really well. Except for today but I knew I would be eating tons of calories today with sugar stuff. I did exercise some willpower with portion control though so that should have helped.
How are you doing with the food side?

Food is going ok. Need to do better but such is life.
Was going to run today but seems AF is here and heavy days suck to run.

Well got my exercise in today but I did terrible this afternoon and tonight with food. Tomorrow is a new day and I have to make it count food wise!
That stinks that AF is here for you. Breastfeeding keeps mine away for a year and I love it! I might have one around 9 months or so then I won't have another one until after 12 months post partum. Then I'm hit and miss for several months.

Oh no Jess! I hope you're feeling better.
I got 75 minutes of exercise in today. Doing fine food wise but afternoon is where I really struggle.

Checking in...how are you feeling? Any better?
I'm eating horribly. I have since Sunday. I've really got to get eating better.
I'm doing pretty well in the exercise department though. Opted to sleep as opposed to going to the gym this morning, I was exhausted. So I went for a jog tonight after dinner. It was only 20 degrees and I went slow but I managed to run a 5k tonight! I think it took me about 34 minutes so nothing to be proud of time wise but still I ran so I'm happy.

That is faster than I would run it and I couldn't run the whole time.
I did shred on Tuesday but last night I didn't do anything . Today I plan to shred, swim and bike. Family in town this weekend so we will see how that goes.
