I mainly need accoutability. I do go to the gym but i can talk myself out of really fast. I play the ill go at this time then its another hour and so on and so on. I would love some one is on almost daily to talk to about daily eating habits and workout and just help each other along
Its been a while since January, I thought Id just ask how you did. I am exactly the same way I talk myself out of it way too easy! My first 90 day challenge was so easy but every time I tried to add working out I would talk myself out of it "I'll do it when they go to bed" "Im just too tired now Ill do it when I wake up" " I dont want to get up this early I need more sleep" LOL
