Hi there! I am hoping I can find a weight loss buddy!
I am more concerned about measurments and body fat % than anything. Hoping to lose 5lbs of pure fat and replace it with muscle.

My current exercise routine is running 5xweek and barre pilates 3xweek.

Well, my goal is target fat around my hips and thighs area and I am confident to do that. For that I have decided a running plan in morning and bicycling in the evening. Along with running in the morning I must include squats because it is said to be the best exercise for hips.
