Hey all. I'm about to start a new Beachbody challenge August 1st and I am super excited. My coaches have lost an average of 25 lbs with the last challenge they did. Well It is clear that getting fit yourself is on of the hardest among all because you have leave your favorite foods ans also have to strict on the die plan which you never have taken before . Moreover, Fitness classes are always been helpful for those who have targeted not only to shape their body but also to achieve optimal fitness level . So I am also in favor of training classes and the selection of place like beach is one of the idyllic idea in my view .
I just tried Turbo Fire (wasn't a huge fan) so now I am gonna do Les Mills Pump. It's like a boot camp style with weights. Neighter are as intense or time consuming as P90X. Do you also use Shakeology or no?
I use Visalus, and Love it my sister did shakeology and we didnt like the taste, so when my friend offered Visalus I wasnt interested! Lol Plus admittedly I liked eating bad. But when I saw her drop a ton of wait I decided to give it a try and absolutely fell in love! lol plus its free
IDK if you do Shakeology or if you were just thinking about it, but I wanted to share this comparison Make sure your doing the best thing for your body! Plus add in that it tastes amazing AND You can get it FREE... Just thought it might interest you. Good luck with your beach body challenge!
Well, I have also a challenge to reduce my hips and thighs at home. For this I have recently purchased a treadmill and placed it in my home lawn for better look and feel.
I am so confident and doing regular workouts. Fitness at home really needs good commitment and motivation.
