Hey all,
I am looking for people who are really serious about losing weight starting the first week of New Years. I had my son two years ago (tomorrow) and I am still struggling to lose the rest of this baby weight. My husband is returning from his 12 month deployment soon and 2013 is shaping up to start off in a great way, so I am trying to take that positive energy and keep it going by committing to getting as fit as possible and fueling my body the correct way.
The bad news is I don't have a computer (mine died) so I am hardly on this forum. I do have FB and my phone and Kindle can access it so I am starting my New Years fitness challenge group there. Once I get a new computer I can move it here too and we can keep doubly accountable. The group is secrete, so only members of the group can post/see what is posted. The goal is to keep ourselves accountable and to motivate one another to hit our fitness goals. This isn't going to be some quick fix, this is all about working out (I work out at home since I am a SAHM and my son has some special needs) and eating right (not necessarily dieting). I have a lot of great at-home workouts we can do if the gym just isn't an option and its getting to freaking cold to run (I am a wimp when it get cold).
Anyway, if you are interested message me here. The group is looking to start off Jan 7th (gives us a week to get all of our holiday/new years celebrating) done.
