Goal Weight:120
Pounds to Lose:about 60
Method of Weightloss (diet and exercise): breakfast, scrambled eggs, snack maybe a yogurt. lunch, maybe a sandwhich with whole grain bread, and turkey or chicken. snack, fruit, dinner something with chicken and some veggies, either brown rice, or lil bit of potatos.
Exercise: Well i work out 2 times at the gym, i do about an hour and half in the morning, and i do half hour on the stair master, and then half hour on the ellipitcal. And then mid afternoon ill be doing dvd work out with billy blanks ulimate work out, and maybe P90X. then evening back to the gym to do my weights and then more cardio.
Anything else you want to add: Im so bad about drinking water!! atleast before, lol id amke sure i drank 8 glasses before going to bed, now im just bleh whatever. i need to drink MORE!

Oh, and i wont be starting my work outs till this friday i believe. I am joining a get fit competition at my gym, and i dont see the point in working out right now till it starts : )

Okay, I'm up for this.
Goal Weight: By June 180 by November 142-150
Pounds to Lose:47 by June and at least 77 by November
Method of Weightloss (diet and exercise): I cut all RED meat Jan 1st and becae hyper vigilant about low fat,lower carbs,lower sodium (as low sodium as possible- that one is hard) Loads of water at least 64 oz a day or more...and the exercises I started at Spark People.com and I will finally be joining the gym in about a week or so when I get my tax refund!
Anything else you want to add: I lost 12 lbs the first 10 days of the month, and it's kind of mellowed out a bit, It's also getting hard to be creative with meals so I could use some more recipes- I love to cook an I am trying to do mostly fresh fruit and veggies instead of canned/frozen-more control over what's in the finished product!

We have the same sorta goal weight, I just have longer to go, but were using the same methods it seems so its fine with me! How about you Jill?

I'm new here and would love to have a buddy when one's available.

Goal Weight: 135-140
Pounds to Lose:75-80 lbs
Method of Weightloss (diet and exercise): I haven't got a specific plan yet. Want to exercise atleast 4-5 times a day and drink 64 oz of water. I want to start eating healthier and watching portion size.
