i made myself exercise today for 30 mins and then walked to the store and for some fruits and dinner and walked back pushing the stroller and my son that was another 30 mins and i had only cheerios for breakfast and some watermelon for a snack
Sounds like you are doing awesome!! I've been drinking tons of water and exercising and feeling good. I just can't wait until jeans start feeling looser and stuff kwim? LOL. I took before pictures and can't wait to look back at those and know that I lost all the icky weight!!!
I've been so busy here w/ packing and cleaning. Still doing my stuff but emotionally it is going to be a tough tough week for me to concentrate on diet/exercise ya know? DH deploys on the 17th and I go back home.
