SO how is your February finishing up? Have any goals for March set yet?
I managed to hit my weightloss goal I think for Feb of 11 lbs, (unless I've gained a few since Monday? Have to check that tomorrow) I want to try to get to 200 by March 31st which with my weight Monday would make it an 8 lbs goal, but I need to wait until I weigh tomorrow to be sure. I have a little over 3 miles left to go on my exercise goal, and if I do another session tonight- then I'll only have .6 to worry about tomorrow LOL. I am unsure what goal I will set for exercise for next month.I have to think about that one.

hey !!!! Your doing great !!! Congrats on the weight loss. As for me i am having a lil problem with eating on the weekend. February was okay. i was reading some tips on sparkpeople.com about how to overcome the weekend splurges. So i've decided that i will weigh myself on mondays now which forces me to behave over the weekend so i don't mess up my weight loss. My goal for march is 8 pounds ( 2 pounds per week). And i want to do cardio exercise 3x a week for 45 minutes. And do strength training at least 2x for 30 minutes. Good luck to us both !!!!!
