They definitely should have them. I think that's where I got mine when I went for my induction (no food, but can have hard candy to suck on).

hugs! I've never had that so I can't say "i know how you feel" but I have gotten sick several times...and ick...I can't imagine.....I did have nausea but I think you'd laugh at mine compared to yours....
At our natural foods store they have morning sickness pops and such...mostly things with ginger in them...since ginger soothes the tummy I think....that and remember that you can't get hungry AT ALL...that is when I'd get sick is if I let myself go without something to eat for too long. I ate a lot of saltines and those peanut butter crackers between meals to keep my tummy from feeling empty....if I didn't i'd get shaky and queezy!!
HUGS

We aren't to give a baby milk, berries, or peanut butter. We are to introduce new foods one at a time. But it's OK to inject several viruses, bacteria, aluminum, formaldehyde, phenoxyethanol, animal serum, mercury, squalene and more into an 8 week old? I don't think so.
In order to be healthy it is an unfortunate fact that people must be allowed the opportunity to be ill. I trust my body and those of my children to work correctly against the relatively benign diseases they vax for, and do not trust the ingredients in the vaccinations.
Our choice to not vax isn't based in ignorance, poverty, conspiracy theory and rumor. It's research, common sense, fact and evidence based..something the medical community has largely forgot about.

I'm lucky I skipped out on the morning sickness. I don't think I would've liked it! Hope you'll get some relief soon.

I had the worst morning sickness(all day sickness) each time. The last time I tried the B6 and made sure I ate something small just about every hour or two so my stomach wasnt empty. It helped some. Hope it is over soon for you!

When I get morning sickness I read that you shouldnt let your tummy get empty or full. I carried saltines with me and ate a few every couple of hours. It worked wonders! I also switched from eating three meals a day to eating 5 small meals a day. That helped too. I hope you start feeling better soon!

I'm right there with you, Tam. It sucks big time! I have to eat every 1.5-2 hours, otherwise I feel worse. Hopefully it goes away when the 2nd trimester starts.

((Hugs)) sorry Tam. Lately I've been feeling really faint and dizzy, like I'm going to pass out when I get up. The first trimester sucks!

If it gets too bad, I bet your Dr can prescribe you something like zofran. I took it once because I was so sick I was dropping tons of weight and kept getting dehydrated. That stuff works amazingly for the morning sickness.
