Sippy or regular cup? Sippy. It's just so convenient. Unfortunately, I don't offer the regular cup often enough and so Dom almost always make a mess when I do.
Does your LO put on own shoes? If so, correctly or not? He is able to, but lately he's been refusing to.
Get dressed alone, or with help? Again, he mostly can, but is 50/50 with willingness. He cannot put on his socks or do buttons & snaps yet.
Use utensils always? Yes
Sit in a booster chair at the table? Only rarely these days.

Sippy or regular cup? regular unless we are in the car
Does your LO put on own shoes? If so, correctly or not? No.
Get dressed alone, or with help? He can put on his pants and undies if I lay them flat on the floor facing the correct way. He cannot get his shirt on at all. He can do his coat though!
Use utensils always? No, he used to be really good about this but he's regressed and now almost always uses his hands unless we nag him.
Sit in a booster chair at the table? regular chair unless we are visiting my in laws because their chairs are very low and he can't reach the table there without one.

Sippy or regular cup? Both. Still has to be closely monitored with a regular cup... he likes to experiment with dunking food in an open cup, and often gets distracted and accidentally knocks it over.
Does your LO put on own shoes? If so, correctly or not? He can put his moccasins and boots on himself. He gets a little frustrated with his tennis shoes, because he doesn't understand how to get the tongue flap in the right place, so he often has trouble getting them on, even though he always WANTS to put them on himself.
Get dressed alone, or with help? With help. I usually pick out his clothes, help him get his feet in the pants, then he pulls them up himself, although sometimes he gets frustrated because he will only grab them in front to pull and if the back gets stuck under his butt he has trouble figuring out how to fix it! With his shirts, I help him get his head in the hole, then he puts his arms in himself and pulls the shirt down. He gets really frustrated trying to put his socks on, so I usually do that for him.
Use utensils always?Yes, but if it is something that is hard to pick up with his fork (like spaghetti), he will try for awhile, and then still resort to the fingers.
Sit in a booster chair at the table? No. He sits at a toddler table for most of his meals, and when we eat in the dining room, he is able to use a regular chair.

Sippy or regular cup? - Both. Sippy in the morning with her milk. Regular cup throughout the day.
Does your LO put on own shoes? If so, correctly or not? Yes, and not always correctly.
Get dressed alone, or with help? Alone - she's adamant she does it on her own every day now.
Use utensils always? - No.
Sit in a booster chair at the table? - No, she just sits on the chair. She's tall though (41 inches).

Sippy or regular cup? We go between sippy, straws and regular cup. I wish we did regular cup more often, but it is habit to grab a straw or she sometimes asks for a sippy.
Does your LO put on own shoes? If so, correctly or not? Yes.
Get dressed alone, or with help? She can usually do pretty well doing it herself, but for a month or so now, she basically refuses. She wants help - which is odd since she barely wants me to help her do anything else!
Use utensils always? yes
Sit in a booster chair at the table? Sometimes

Sippy or regular cup? neither.. straw cup, because we tend to serve drinks on the couch.
Does your LO put on own shoes? If so, correctly or not? Crocs, yes. Velcro sneakers, 50%.
Get dressed alone, or with help? With help but he is capable of doing it alone.
Use utensils always? No - he kind of sucks with utensils and/or prefers food that's not eaten with utensils.
Sit in a booster chair at the table? Nope, regular chair.

Sit in a booster chair at the table? Regular chair--refuses a booster.
