I can't remember the last time we were there. We had planned to go one Saturday and it poured so we didn't. It's ridiculous because I can literally walk to the zoo. We just don't!
We have a family membership. I like to do my running ther in the winter because no one is ever ther and the paths are kept clear of snow. We went just last wed. for a run. We also have an indoor part called the rainforest that you could easily make a day out of so I take the kids there if the weather is bad and we need to get out of the house.
Jonah's fave animals are the gorillas which aren at the Cleve zoo but at the Toledo zoo. He likes the giraffes the bats and the Francois monkeys at Cleve. Eve loves the elephants and bats but the snakes and crocodiles scare. Her pretty bad. I love the orangs.

I think about 4 months ago? We have 3 zoos within an hour away (San Francisco is the largest and best one around us). Lily has loved giraffes since she was like 7 months old and it's still her favorite. Violet likes tigers right now. I like penguins
Our zoo is about 20 min away...it's not the best, but it's alright. I liked the one in Tampa better when we lived there!
We last went about 8 months ago or so. I plan on going again soon.
Delilah's favorite animals are the tigers, and I like the elephants...they got rid of the elephants at our zoo though. I guess there wasn't enough room or something anymore for them

We took Thea on her 1st birthday to the one in Indy (pretty small, but great for her age and we were able to see it all in one day). She loved the aquarium part the most and we went through it 3 times. She liked all of it but the sea lions were her favorite. I think she would have watched them all day. And she also liked watching the penguins being fed.
Giraffes are my favorite, and I just asked Thea her fav now and she named every animal she could think of from hippos to toucans- lol!
This summer we plan to take her to St. Louis Zoo which is better than Indy. We live in between the two. About 2 to 2.5 hours away from each.
I don't think we have been to the zoo since Nate was on the inside. well, the real zoo anyway, we went to a little local zoo this summer, the best animal that we all loved was the goat that sounded like "bleeeechhhhh"
