I need super easy recipes for picky people. I'm not a cook, I don't like to bake. But, I'm sick and tired of Stouffer's Lasagna
The recipes need to be EASY - no weird stuff in them I'll never find. I hardly EVER go down the baking aisle, so if the recipe has some sort of seasoning in it that I won't be able to find - don't bother
I am very picky, so are the kids, so it has to be American/Italian and again, no weird stuff in it. No chicken with raspberry sauce - ew!

So, what can I do with chicken breasts?
Pork chops?
Beef?
Other meats?
Pasta dishes?

Thanks

I'll get out my cookbook in a bit and see what I can come up with. Everyone here loves pizza bake, and it doesn't get much easier than that.

This is a favorite here and its super easy!!

Beef Taco Skillet

Ingredients:

1 lb. ground beef
1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell's® Condensed Tomato Soup (Regular or 25% Less Sodium)
1/2 cup salsa
1/2 cup water
6 flour tortillas (6-inch), cut into 1-inch pieces
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions:

Cook the beef in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat until it's well browned, stirring often. Pour off any fat.

Stir the soup, salsa, water, and tortillas in the skillet and heat to a boil. Reduce the heat to low. Cook for 5 minutes or until the beef mixture is hot and bubbling. Stir the beef mixture. Top with the cheese.

Ingredients
Box of Jumbo Shells
Mozz. Cheese
Hamburger
Spaghetti Sauce
Cottage Chesse (optional)

Boil Noodles. Brown hamburger drain and add spaghetti sauce, use a 13x9in baking pan fill shells with hamburger and cottage cheese, dump remaining meat sauce over noodles throw the cheese on top, bake until cheese is browned.

*it is just like lasanga but for some reason tastes SO much better*

Nicole - does it end up like a soup? Or do you end up eating it with a fork?
Amber - not sure my kids would go for cottage cheese, would ricotta work okay?

Oh you could just do the meat sauce you don't have to use cottage cheese at all. You could try the ricotta cheese I'm sure that would work too! Let me know how it tastes if you do decide to try it!
