1 small package Jell-O chocolate sugar free instant pudding
1 1/2 cups of cold milk
2 cups Cool Whip Lite topping, thawed

Beat instant Jell-O pudding with wire whisk into cold milk for one minute. Stir in 2 cups Cool Whip. Spoon into 6 dessert dishes. Refigerate until firm. Garnish with dab of Cool Whip and cut up some dark chocolate or any other kind.
