I'm going for my 2nd beta early this afternoon, and I'm almost dreading it. Last time I found out that I was miscarrying from a follow up beta result, and I am so, so worried and anxious that I'm going to get bad news again. I'm not as far along as last time, but it will still be awful if that number isn't close to doubling. I feel sick to my stomach right now thinking about it. Please send positive thoughts my way for good doubling and sticky baby.

Update:
2nd beta is 218, which calculates to a 54.2 hr doubling time. Not the ideal jump I was hoping for, but I guess it falls into the 48-72 hr range. I'm still very anxious.... I was hoping to be relieved by the results. I'm going to call my OB on Monday and beg for a 3rd beta.
