So I will do the reviews as I do the videos rather than at the end. Otherwise I will forget .
START IT UP! ~ First video in the series of three. Very good. Slow so you can learn the moves but not so slow that you don't get a good work out. It has modified moves if you want to use them until you are ready and helps you with breathing. It is 25 mins and during my first week I have been sweating . I can tell that I am about ready to move up to the next video. You move up in videos when you are ready, there is no set schedule for it.
RAMP IT UP! ~ Not yet started, I will be back .
BURN IT UP! ~ Not yet started, I will be back .
SLIM AND LIMBER ~ This is a 14 min stretching video. I love it because it makes me stretch and kept me from getting to sore throughout the week. It also helped bring my heartrate back down. By the end of the week I was starting to stretch further than on Monday.
SLIM & 6 PACK ~ Have not yet tried this. Ab workout though.
