There are three levels. Each level has 3 circuits. You do 3 min of strength, 2 min of cardio and 1 min abs. You do this three times, each circuit is different. The idea is that you do each level for 10 days then go to the next. When you get to the end you can start again only you double them up. So Level 2 with level 1 for 10 days, etc. I don't know about all of that but it sounds good. Each level gets harder and you use more muscles than the first level. You can lose up to 20 pounds in 30 days. I would think diet would go hand in hand with it.
Personal feelings: I LOVE IT! I love the moves, the fact that it is a quick workout but you feel like you really got something out of it. I am seeing amazing results in how my body is adapting. I am not seeing huge drops on the scale, however my waist is shrinking, I feel better and I am doing more without breaks. I recommend this to anyone short on time but wants a good workout. I am also following it without breaks so I don't know how that would affect your results.
