Generally I believe that IVF runs between $10,000 and allthe way up to $25,000 (depending on what state you are in). The more expensive it gets, I believe that they give you more tries of IVF for your money. Just in case it doesn't work the first or second time around. Hope that helps Keep us posted.

Yes that helps some........Now with my DH behind me is saying Money isn't a problem.....He just wants to make sure that what ever one we choose will have a good sucess rate.......I guess what he wants to know is, which one has the higher sucess rate? Tubal Reversal or IVF? I feel like a dang telephone now.......He should of joined and ask all his questions (LOL)</span>

I think they say that if you do IVF, you have a 50/50 chance of getting pg. But I believe that is generally for people who have difficulty getting pg. That doesn't sound like that is the case for you. So I probably would opt for IVF just because it is less invasive (unless they can do a tube reversal vaginally?) and chances are since you have already had children it will work the first time for you. Thank you so much.........I was doing a little searching online and found the 2007 Tubal Reveral vs IVF chart.....They look almost the same now with a few inhces of IVF lower then Tubal Reversal......I will keep you all posted on my Apointment June 30th and let you know what our Fertility doctor recomends.......I just hope what he recomends work on both sides.......Thanks again hun....I really apreciate your responces.....</span>

For us, there were several different reasons why we went with IVF. I went to a RE that did both IVF and tubal reversals, so I felt like I was getting a fair opinion.
I am not sure if you have done this yet, but I would get your records from the doctor that did the ligation. In our case the doctor removed too much of the fallopian tube. This reduced our chances of being able to conceive. I also have endometriosis. This was also a count against us.

Thank you so much........I just got done with my Consultation with my RE today and we have decided IVF for us as well......SO your blog will help us out with everything.......I need to update everyone here soon.....SO much to tell......Lots of info....
