I just posted an introduction about myself on a previous post, anyway I would like to offer a couple of pointers to help out. First of all, I did acupuncture during the time from retrieval to transfer. I think this really helped.

My DH and I met another couple who were on the same time frame as us, retrieval, transfer, etc. and they did not get pregnant. They also did not do the acupuncture. With the next transfer she did the acupuncture and guess what? She is now pregnant with twins!

I really believe that you should be on bed rest for three days after they do the transfer and eat a lot of pineapple! It works!

By the way, there was nothing wrong with me or DH, all counts were fine. We tried on and off for two years. Good luck!

Thank you so much for the tips!! How many acupuncture sessions did you do? I plan on doing it for sure before retrieval and transfer and after transfer. So pineapple?? What does it do for implantation?
