Hi ladies - we had our retrievel yesterday and the doctors called with my results this morning They got 10! Of the 10, 8 of those where mature enough to fertilize. Out of the we got 6 that are fertilized and growing. Plus though this process we found my right ovary (yea!) - ended up taking some follicles (with eggs from there) through my stomach and getting the rest the old fashion way...so now I am trying to be patient and productive while I wait to here from the doctors on Wednesday. They will let me know how everything is and if we are doing the transfer Wednesday or Friday! I am going crazy!!! I hope everyone is doing well - and I am sorry I have just been peeking the last two weeks - they increased my HcG and I really felt like crap

Yay! Sounds like everything is moving along as it should! Did you do ICSI? Good luck with the transfer and KUP on how everything is going!

Yes we did ICSI and I am trying very hard to keep myself occupied while we wait for our phone call

Hi Lorie! Congrats on the retrieval! It sounds like good numbers! The waiting is the worst, isn't it?! Hopefully the time will pass quickly for you! Are you hoping for a 3 or 5 day transfer?

I am hoping for a day 3 - because that would be tomorrow and b/c they will put in 2 embryos in - they are less mature and that worries me - I would be ok with day 5 but the wait will drive me crazy and b/c there is more maturity in the embryo they will only put 1 in. I guess I will be happy with either one and if anything sticks I am trying to keep busy with laudry cleaning, cooking and baking
