New to this room/decided to move on to IVF

Hi Everyone!

I am new to this room and my husband and I just got done with our 4th Unsuccessful IUI with injections. We have decided to move on to IVF. WOW....I have broke down and cried like four times today already and I am so overwhelmed. I have done the class for IVF and been through all the websites etc.

We are getting our financing in order becuase of course this is not covered. We would love to be able to do the refund program...but working out the numbers...not cheap at all! I just wish for once that everything was not so hard! I still have some things to figure out....one way or the other we will be getting the IVF done.....lots of prayers would help in the meantime!

Hi! Welcome.. I think you'll find that you are not alone in feeling overwhelmed at the beginning of the IVF process! HUGS.

My hubby and I just started our first round. Ours wasnt covered either

These insurance company always find a way out. Thankfully, I was able to get some of the meds covered..but, with that being said, I wish you lots of luck! theres plenty of information on these boards and it seems the ladies here are really great so feel free to ask any questions!

Hello and Welcome to IVF. My name is Michelle, I finished IVF late June and I'm currently waiting to have the ultrasound to see if there is a babies heartbeat on July 12. IVF is definitely overwhelming and I think all of us that had to move to IVF felt the same way as you.

When do you suspect you will be able to start? Wish you all the best and I will pray that finances work out quickly and that you get a BFP your first go at IVF.

Thanks! We are hoping to do our first round in August or September. Looks like to figured out the financing part I think...so hoping the next month or two will be our first try. I will keep you posted! Thank you for everyones wishes and thoughts!

hi there, my name is lynda. I am just beginning the IVF process too. I have chosen my RE/Clinic. It's very very overwhelming! I'm just waiting on my next AF and away we go! I'm trying not to stress over it too much. I live in a rural area so I have to travel for mine so that is going to add a bit more stress. It's nice to meet someone else who is just starting the process! I look forward to getting to know you better.
