Hi girls!!

So i finally got the operation yesterday. the ponction to get the eggs?

the injections to numb me didnt work.. im not sure why. so i felt everything.. every inch of that needle. loads of pain! Am i the only one? the clinic said they never had anyone scream likeme before... at first they didnt even belieeve me when i told them i could fel it all. They got 6 eggs, 5 of them were good. We'll have news about the embryos tomorrow morning.

This happened monday. IM still in a lot of pain... bearable but, still very annoying. Am i alone in all this???

My clinic always has me knocked out with IV sedation. I am so sorry that something like this happened to you. I hope you feel better soon.

I was also completely out, i hear it is very painful and I cringe thinking about all the pain you were feeling!!

I was in A LOT of pain afterwards. I have a nerve sensitivity issue and feel pain sooo bad, if I was awake, I probably would've passed out during the procedure... they took 28 eggs from me though. I think I heard it mentioned if there weren't many they have done it without full sedation, but man do you have to have a high tolerance for pain.

I also wound up with mild OHSS aftewards so the pain from that was no fun either...

So sorry you went through so much pain. My RE also had me IV sedated. I hope you have a good fertilization report!
